Refunds for event registrations follow the schedule below. Administrative fees are non-refundable in all scenarios.
Until 28 February 2026
100% refund of the paid amount, minus administrative fees, if written cancellation is received by this date.
1 – 31 March 2026
50% refund of the paid amount, minus administrative fees, for cancellation requests received during this window.
After 1 April 2026
No refund is granted for cancellations submitted after 1 April 2026.
Attendance validation by CMSR
No refund is granted if, after checking attendance, the College of Dentists of Romania (CMSR) concludes the doctor did not meet the EMC attendance requirements and the participation diploma cannot be validated.
